§ 10-20. Sales by minors.
(a)
No licensee holding a license permitting the sale of alcohol liquor for immediate consumption shall employ or permit any person under the age of 21 years to attend bar, or to pour, draw, mix, or otherwise prepare alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises, provided that nothing herein shall prohibit an employee of such a licensee who is under the age of 21 years from performing wait staff functions or carrying alcoholic liquor to and from tables as part of the licensee's service.
(b)
No licensee holding a license permitting the retail sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption off the premises shall employee or permit any person under the age of 21 years to complete the sale of alcoholic liquor to any customer.
