§ 10-24. Sales at less than the regular price.

  • Licensees holding a license which allows consumption of alcoholic liquor on premises may sell alcoholic liquor at a price less the price regularly charged by the licensee for such beverage only in compliance with section 6-28 and 6-28.5 of the Illinois Liquor Control Act, 235 ILCS 5/6-28 and 235 ILCS 5/6-28.5.
