§ 10-53. Unlawful possession and consumption by under age persons.

(a)

Except as provided in section 10-54, it shall be unlawful for any under age person to consume, purchase or accept delivery of alcoholic liquor or to have alcoholic liquor in his possession within the village.

(b)

Except as provided in section 10-54, it shall be unlawful for any person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic liquor, to sell, give or deliver such alcoholic liquor to an under age person.
