§ 10-57. Penalty.

Latest version.

Every person convicted of a violation of section 10-53 shall be subject to either or both of the following penalties:
(1)

A fine of not less than $100.00 upon the first conviction and not less than $750.00 for any subsequent conviction; and

(2)

A period of supervision not to exceed one year.
