§ 12-232. Liability of parent or guardian.

It is unlawful for the parent of a child under 18 years of age, or any other person having legal care and custody of said child, to allow or permit such child to go or be upon such public facilities, including Elmwood Dunes Preserve, or in or upon any building or structure situated thereon after dark when such facility is closed as provided in this section.
