§ 12-175. Activities prohibited.

  • It is unlawful for any labor organization, or any officer, member, or agent thereof:

    (1)

    By picketing to cause deliveries to or from the picketed premises to be reduced or cut off, when no labor dispute exists between that employer whose premises are picketed and his employees; or

    (2)

    By oral or written statement, by gesture, by threat or intimidation, or by force, to cause deliveries to or from any premises to be reduced or cut off or free access to or from any premises to be interfered with, when no labor dispute exists between the employer whose premises are so affected and his employees; or

    (3)

    By harassment, coercion, or intimidation (including threats of violence, or loss of business, or employment; or following or trailing by automobile or truck) of any employer or his employees, or any other person, to interfere in any way with the normal business operation of any employer or the employment or work of his employees, when no labor dispute exists between such employer and his employees; or

    (4)

    To cause deliveries to or from the premises of any self-employed person to be reduced or cut off by means of picketing for the purpose of requiring such self-employed person to join or pay any dues, fees, or other sums of money to such labor organization or to any officer, member, or agent thereof; or

    (5)

    By oral or written statement, by gesture, by threat or intimidation, or by force to cause deliveries to or from any premises of a self-employed person to be reduced or cut off or free access to or from such premises to be interfered with, for the purpose of requiring such self-employed person to join or pay any dues, fees or other sums of money to such labor organization or to any officer, member, or agent thereof; or

    (6)

    By harassment, coercion, or intimidation (including threats of violence or loss of business or employment; or following or trailing by automobile or truck) of any self-employed person or any person, to interfere in any way with the normal business operation of any self-employed person for the purpose of requiring such self-employed person to join or pay any dues, fees, or other sums of money to such labor organization or to any officer, member, or agent thereof.
