§ 12-209. Prostitution and solicitation.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1)

Commit any act of prostitution; or

(2)

Commit any act of soliciting for a prostitute; or

(3)

Commit any act of soliciting of a sexual act.
