§ 12-319. Offense.

Latest version.

It is unlawful and punishable as provided in section 12-320:
(1)

To place graffiti on any property.

(2)

To engage in any act of vandalism.

(3)

To enter into or obtain control over any motor vehicle or water craft of another person without that person's consent.
