It shall be unlawful for any person to grow, possess, sell, give away, barter, deliver,
exchange, distribute, or administer any marijuana in the village. This section shall
not apply when the growth, possession, sale, delivery or distribution of cannabis
is done so in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program
Act, 410 ILCS 130/1 et. seq.
