§ 14-53. Commercial and other vehicles.

For commercial vehicles and other vehicles not classified as passenger vehicles by the Illinois Secretary of State, the annual vehicle license fee shall be:
(1)

Freight-carrying vehicles, or vehicles designed to carry goods or merchandise or other articles, of a capacity of not more than two tons (as classified by the Secretary of State as Class B, RV, FH, TX, LV or CV): $80.00.

(2)

All other classes of motor vehicles registered with the Secretary of State: $95.00.
