§ 14-362. Designating public carrier stands.

The Village Engineer and Chief of Police are authorized and required to establish bus stops and taxicab stands and stands for other public passenger vehicles on public streets in such places and in such number as they shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public. Every bus stop, public passenger vehicle stand or other stand shall be designated by appropriate signs.
