§ 14-426. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Parked means a vehicle placed, left or permitted to remain in any parking space within a parking meter zone.

Restricted and regulated parking time means those hours of weekdays, including Saturdays, as specified in this section during which the parking of vehicles in parking meter zones is restricted and regulated by the provisions of this chapter.
