§ 14-433. Restrictions as to vehicles operated by persons with disabilities.

A motor vehicle operated by a person with a disability, or transporting a person with a disability, and properly displaying official license plates, placard or other indicia of same, shall be exempted from the deposit of currency or debit card otherwise required pursuant to this article, to the extent provided in section 11-1301.1 of the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code (ILCS ch. 625, act 5, 11-1301.1), now or hereafter amended.
