§ 14-489. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Dealers in bicycles means any person engaged in the sale of bicycles at retail or wholesale.

Licensee means any person who procures from the village a license decal for a bicycle, together with a registration card accompanying the decal.

Rental agency means any person engaged in the business of offering for rental and renting bicycles for use by the public.
