§ 14-496. Stamping of numbers on frame by Chief of Police.

This chapter does not prohibit the Chief of Police from stamping, in a distinguishing manner, numbers on the frame of a bicycle upon which no serial number can be found, or upon which the serial number is illegible or insufficient for identification purposes.
