§ 14-691. Issuance of Public Demonstration Permit; notice to other officials.

Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or public assembly permit, the Village Manager shall send a copy thereof to the following:

(1)

The Chief of Police;

(2)

The Fire Chief;

(3)

The Director of Engineering and Public Works;

(4)

The Corporation Counsel; and

(5)

The manager or responsible head of each public transportation utility, the regular routes of whose vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed public demonstration.
