§ 16-23. Structures deemed nuisances.

Any building, structure or appurtenance thereto, which is not constructed or kept in a sanitary condition, or in conformity with the requirements of this Code or any other ordinances of the village, is deemed a nuisance and that nuisance may be abated in the manner provided by this Code or by law.
