§ 16-89. Vegetation on adjoining parkway.

  • The duty of an owner, occupant or agent of any lot, tract or parcel of land to keep weeds and grass cut to a length not more than ten inches shall extend to any adjacent public parkway. For the purposes of this section 16-89, the term "public parkway" shall mean any public right-of-way or other property dedicated to the village lying between said lot, tract or parcel of land and an open public street.
