§ 16-90. Unlawful nuisances; penalty.

In addition to being declared nuisances and notwithstanding the provisions of appendix A, the Zoning Ordinance, section 30-6.3, it shall be unlawful and punishable as provided in section 16-117, for any person, firm, or corporation to suffer or permit the excessive and unnecessary noise.
