§ 16-113. Pile drivers, hammers, etc.

Operating between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and all 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday of any pile driver, steam shovel, pneumatic hammer, derrick, steam or electric hoist or other related piece of equipment, the use of which is attended by loud or unusual noise, is prohibited, except in case of urgent necessity as determined by the Village Engineer.
