§ 18-12. Final approval by the Board of Trustees.

When the Board of Trustees is satisfied with the final plat and with all improvements, conditions and documents pertaining to the subdivision platted thereon, the Board of Trustees shall by resolution approve the plat and authorize the proper officials of the village to sign the plat for and in the name of the village. The approval shall be attested by the Village Clerk and the corporate seal placed thereon.
