§ 18-7. Plat referred to Plan Commission.

The Site Plan Review Committee shall review the plat and make a recommendation to the Plan Commission. The Director of Community Development shall refer the plat to the Plan Commission. The Village Engineer shall confer with the subdivider and prepare estimates of cost of all public improvements as required by this chapter.
