§ 1-7. Corporate limits.
The corporate limits of the village are defined, established and bounded as follows:

All those parts of sections 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, and that part of section 25, Township 42 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian, and that part of Ouilmette Reservation in Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north and south center line of section 27 aforesaid at its intersection with the west shore of Lake Michigan; thence south along the north and south center line to the center of section 27; thence west along the east and west center line to the west line of such section; thence south along the west line of section 27 to the south line of Block 29 in Oxford addition to Kenilworth; thence west on the south line and south line extended of said Block 29 to the north line of the south 25 acres of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 28; thence west along the north line of the south 25 acres to the northwest corner thereof; thence south along the west line of the south 25 acres to the north line of the south half of the southeast quarter of section 28; thence west along the north line to the center line of Ridge Road; thence northwesterly along the center line of Ridge Road to the north line of the south 245 45/100 feet of part west of road, of north fifteen chains of south half of northwest quarter of section 28; thence west along the north line to the east line of lot 36 of Indian Hill Subdivision number 4 in section 28; thence north along the east line of lot 36 22 8/10 feet to the northeast corner of such lot; thence westerly and northwesterly along the northerly lines of lots 36 and 37, Indian Hill Subdivision number 4, to the northerly corner of lot 37; thence southwesterly 282 feet along the line between Indian Hill Consolidation in sections 28 and 29 and lot 37, Indian Hill Subdivision number 4, to the north line of the west ten acres of the south 19 34/100 acres of the north 60 acres of the south half of the northwest quarter of section 28: thence west along such lot line 1,248 23/100 feet to the west line of section 28; thence along the west line of section 28 to the north line of lot 7, Marie Alles Subdivision in section 29; thence west along the north line to the east line of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 29; thence south along the east line to the north line extended east of Kenilworth First Addition in section 29; thence west along the north line to the north and south center line of section 29; thence south along the north and south center line to the center line of Illinois Road (also known as Avoca Road); thence westerly along the center line of Illinois Road (also known as Avoca Road) to the east line of Marchiafava's Subdivision; thence north along said east line 277 feet; thence west along the north line of Marchiafava's Subdivision 100 feet; thence north along the north and south center line of section 30 to the south line of the north 257 feet of lot 20 in Henry Smith's Subdivision in section 30; thence east along such south line to the east line of the west half of lot 20; thence north along such east line to the east and west center line of section 30; thence west along such center line to a point 600 feet east of the northwest corner of the east half of the southwest quarter of section 30; thence southwesterly toward a point 300 feet south of and 250 feet east of the northwest corner of said east half, a distance of 11 28/100 feet; thence south parallel with the east line of said southwest quarter to the center line of Illinois Road (also known as Avoca Road); thence westerly along the center line of Illinois Road (also known as Avoca Road) to the center line of Happ Road; thence northerly along the center line of Happ Road to the east and west center line of section 30; thence west along the east and west center line of section 30 to the west line of section 30 (being the line between New Trier and Northfield Townships); thence north along the west line to the east and west center line of section 25, Township 42 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian; thence west along the east and west center line to the center line of the North Branch of the Chicago River; thence southerly following the thread of the stream of such river to the south line of section 25; thence east along the south line to the southeast corner of section 25; thence south along the west line of section 30, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian (being the line between New Trier and Northfield Townships) to the southwest corner of section 30; thence east along the south line of section 30 to the Easterly right-of-way line of the Commonwealth Edison Company; thence south easterly along such right-of-way line to the east and west center line of section 31; thence east along the east and west center line to the line between lots 5 and 6 and between lots 11 to 21, both inclusive, and lots 22 to 32, both inclusive, in Block 2 and between lots 1 to 11, both inclusive, and lots 22 to 32, both inclusive, and between lots 16 and 17, in Block 8, and such line extended, in United Realty Company, Glenayre Gardens Subdivision in section 31; thence south along such line in Blocks 2 and 8 in the United Realty Company, Glenayre Gardens Subdivision, to a line parallel with and 50 feet north of the center of Glenview Road; thence southwesterly to the point of intersection of a line parallel with and 50 feet south of the center line of Glenview Road with the west line of King's Court Subdivision in the southeast quarter of section 31; thence south along the west line of King's Court Subdivision and such line extended to the south line of section 31, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian; thence east along such south line and the south line of section 32 to the southeast corner of section 32; thence north along the east line of section 32 to the center line of (Old) Glenview Road; thence northeasterly along the center line of (Old) Glenview Road to the west line extended north of lot 37 in County Clerk's Division in section 33, Township 42 North, Range 13 east of the Third Principal Meridian; thence south along the west line of lot 37 to the southwest corner of lot 37; thence east along the south line of lots 37 and 38 in County Clerk's Division and along the south line of lots 3 to 7, both inclusive, in owner's division of lot 39 of the County Clerk's Division, and such line extended, to the north and south center line of section 33; thence north along the north and south center line of section 33 to the center line of Isabella Street; thence east along the center line of Isabella Street to the east line of lot 30 of Baxter's Subdivision in Ouilmette Reservation; thence north along the east line to the southwest corner of lot 33 of Baxter's Subdivision; thence east along the south line of lot 33 to the center line of Sheridan Road; thence north along the center line to the north line of Baxter's Subdivision; thence east on the north line to the shore line of Lake Michigan; thence northwesterly along the shore line to the place of beginning.

That part of the North 20 acres of lot 1 of the Southwest quarter of section 30, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of the East ½ of the Southwest one-quarter of said section 30, 300 feet South of the Northwest corner of said East ½ of said Southwest one-quarter of said section 30; thence South on the West line of the East ½ of the Southwest one-quarter of said section 30, 359.68 feet to the Southwest corner of said North 20 acres of lot 1 of the East ½ of the Southwest one-quarter of said section 30; thence East of the South line of said North 20 acres 588.89 feet; thence North on a line parallel with the West line of the East ½ of the Southwest one-quarter of said section 30, 651.10 feet; thence Southwest on a line intersecting the North line of the East ½ of said Southwest one-quarter of said section 30 at a point 600 feet East of the Northwest corner of said section 30; at an angle of 50 degrees 13 minutes (along the Southeast border of the Cook County Forest Preserve) 455.44 feet to a point 300 feet South of the North line of said Southwest one-quarter of said section 30; thence West on a line parallel with the North line of the Southwest one-quarter of said section 30, 250 feet to the place of beginning.

The South 243.4 feet of the West 200 feet of lot 20 (except the West 100 feet of lot 20) in Henry Smith's Subdivision of the Northeast one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of section 30, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, and commonly known as 3434 Illinois Road.

That part of the West 14 acres of the North 64 acres of the West ½ of the Southwest one-quarter of section 29, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying North of Avoca Road, in Cook County, Illinois, and commonly known as 1200 Hibbard Road.
