§ 20-90. Encroachments upon streets.

It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain any building, fence, tree, shrub, bush or any structure which encroaches upon or obstructs any public street, sidewalk, alleyway, fire hydrant, or street light, except as may be permitted by license pursuant to chapter 24.
