§ 20-96. Obstructions at intersections.
It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, place, install, erect, plant or maintain within a required unobstructed area at an intersection any berm, stone, new tree, shrubbery, sign, box, or any other object taller than 36 inches in height above the established grade of the required unobstructed area, or in the case of hanging obstructions or limbs of existing trees, lower than seven feet above the established grade of the required unobstructed area, unless that person can establish an affirmative defense as provided in section 20-99(d).
