§ 20-131. Driveway maintenance.

It is the duty of any person maintaining any driveway to keep the same free of snow and ice or any obstruction and to keep it in good repair where it crosses a public sidewalk. Failure to so maintain any such driveway crossing a public sidewalk shall constitute sufficient cause for the revocation of the permit issued pursuant to this article and shall further be deemed a public nuisance which may be abated by the village in the manner provided by law.
