§ 22-62. Removal of rubbish.

It is the duty of an owner or his agent, or an occupant of any building to see that rubbish is removed from the property at least once each week or more often if necessary to prevent a nuisance. The removal shall be accomplished in such a manner as not to create a nuisance.
