§ 22-84. Definition.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Scavenger means any person who regularly or occasionally within the village engages in the hauling of rubbish, refuse, garbage and waste materials, other than trees, tree branches, dirt, sand, gravel, crushed rock, coal, construction waste, roofing waste or similar materials, for a consideration.
