§ 24-35. Administrative review.

  • When the Director of Community Development determines that the application is complete, the application shall be reviewed by the Site Plan Review Committee, as defined in chapter 8, who shall determine whether it is in conformance with the requirements of this section, and shall require of the applicant such changes to the application and plan as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of this section. Upon being advised of the satisfactory completion of this review, the Director of Finance shall issue the Outdoor Restaurant Seating License.
