§ 24-168. Laundromats.

It shall be unlawful for any laundromat to be open to the public after 7:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. unless there is present and on duty a person at least 21 years of age who shall be responsible for and adequately trained in the proper operation of the coin-operated devices or machines and the premises in which they are located. Any portion of the premises of the laundromat which is used by the public, other than restrooms, shall be open and visible from the adjoining roadway at all times.
