§ 24-219. Alarm activations at an alarm site where an Alarm User Permit has not been issued.

Any alarm user who does not have a valid Alarm User Permit shall be assessed a user fee in the amount of $300.00 for each notice to the Police Department of an activation of the alarm system at that alarm site.
