§ 24-230. Non-resident alarm.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to direct any non-resident alarm to any village department.

(b)

Any response to a non-resident alarm made by the Police Department shall be subjected to a fee of $300.00 per response.

(c)

The foregoing provision shall not prevent the Police Department from responding to request for assistance from police agencies of other communities.
