§ 24-347. Permit exemption.

(a)

Any person under the age of 17 years need not obtain a Solicitor's Permit from the Police Department, but shall disclose to any business or resident their organizational affiliation and purpose of the solicitation.

(b)

Any person exempted from registration in subsection (a) of this section wishing to conduct solicitations in the village shall notify the Police Department and, when requested, shall supply such information needed to verify the permit exemption.
