§ 26-69. Application.

Latest version.

Application for water service shall be made in writing, and shall contain an agreement by the applicant to abide by and accept all of the provisions of this chapter as conditions governing the use of the village water supply by the applicant. All applicants shall provide property owner's name, address and phone number on the application.
