§ 26-250. Drain, soil and waste pipe connection.

Any drain, soil or waste pipe connected to any sewer from a building, structure or premises, shall connect such drain, soil or waste pipe so as to convey and allow to pass freely whatever may properly enter the same, and in no case shall any such drain be less than four inches in diameter.
