§ 26-289. Basis for Sewer User Rate.

(a)

The Sewer User Rate for the use of and for service supplied by the sewer wastewater facilities of the village shall consist of a Basic Sewer User Charge for operation and replacement costs, plus a Debt Service Charge. The charge assessed to sewer users shall be based on water usage as recorded by water meters.

(b)

The adequacy of the Sewer User Rate shall be reviewed annually by the village. The Sewer User Rate shall be revised periodically to reflect a change in debt service or a change in operation, maintenance and replacement costs.
