§ 26-318. Special circumstances/exemptions.

(a)

In the event that special or unusual circumstances would warrant watering/lawn sprinkling on a daily basis other than the hours permitted, the Village Engineer may authorize waiving of the sprinkling regulations set forth above for a period of not to exceed two weeks' duration at any one address.

(b)

New lawns which are less than three months old are exempt from the provisions of section 26-317 and may be watered at anytime for three months from the date of installation or planting.
