§ 2-39. Duties.

The President shall be the official head of the village for the purpose of serving civil process, and the President shall perform all duties required of him by statute or ordinance. The President, or the President's designee, shall be the village's representative in regards to maintaining effective communication and cooperation on matters of common interest with other elected governmental boards and officials.
