§ 2-254. Drafting ordinances; documents.

The Corporation Counsel shall draft or supervise the preparation of any contracts, leases or other documents or instruments to which the village is a party; and upon request by the President or the Board, shall draft ordinances or resolutions covering any subjects within the powers of the village.
