§ 2-130. Attendance by non-member trustees.
Trustees shall be given notice of and may attend any meeting of each standing committee, special committee, board and commission, regardless of whether the meeting is an open or closed session, and regardless of whether the Trustee is a member of the standing committee, special committee, board or commission. A Trustee who attends a meeting of a standing committee, special committee, board or commission of which the Trustee is not a member may observe the proceedings but may participate therein only as permitted by the Chairperson. The non-member Trustee may participate therein only as permitted by the Chairperson and upon the publication of an Agenda of a Special Village Board Meeting pursuant to the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
