§ 2-134. Annual audit.

The Board, at the end of each fiscal year, shall appoint a certified public accountant to audit the village corporate books and accounts and the special assessments in the manner required by statute. Copies of said audit shall be furnished to the President, each Trustee of the village, Village Clerk, Treasurer, Corporation Counsel, and Village Manager and to such others as the Board shall direct.
