§ 2-157. Licenses and records.

Latest version.

The Village Clerk, except where otherwise provided by ordinance, shall issue and attest under corporate seal of the village all licenses under the terms of this Code which require a bond or surety. The Village Clerk shall keep a record of such licenses and proof of the bond or surety.
