§ 2-363. Office created; appointment.

There is hereby created the office of Director of Water Management. The Director of Water Management shall be appointed by the Village Manager for an indefinite term. No person shall be appointed to the office of Director of Water Management unless such person possesses such qualifications necessary for the operation of a municipal water treatment and pumping facility, as determined by the Village Manager.
