§ 2-1225. Purpose.

The purpose and intent of this article, and subsections thereof, is to comply with article 70, and the provisions of section 5-15 (ILCS , ch. 5, act 430, § 5-15) and article 10 (ILCS ch. 5, act 430, §§ 10-10—10-40), and section 5-65 (ILCS, ch. 5, act 430, § 5-65) of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act (ILCS ch. 5, act 430, § 1-1 et seq.).
