§ 2-1276. Employees designated to receive training.

(a)

The Village Manager, Deputy Clerk and any other employee designated by the Village Manager are hereby designated to receive the annual training required under the Open Meetings Act.

(b)

Whenever new individuals not currently holding the above offices assume the above offices, those persons must successfully complete the electronic training curriculum within 30 days after assuming office.
