§ 2-1279. Designated officers list.

On or before January 1, 2013 and, thereafter, within 15 days of an office-holder being designated to receive the training required under the Open Meetings Act or assuming such designated office, as the case may be, the Village Clerk shall submit a list of names of such designated officers to the Public Access Counselor.
