§ 2-1321. Inspection of records.

Latest version.

All records kept by any officer or employee of the village, excepting employee personnel records, police investigatory and criminal history records, employment and promotional testing materials, and personal medical records, shall be open to inspection by the President, or any Trustee of the village at all reasonable times, whether or not such records are required to be kept by statute, the provisions of this Code or other ordinance.
