§ 2-767. Organization, by-laws, and procedures.

(a)

The Chair of the Plan Commission shall be designated by the President of the Board of Trustees, and the Director of Community Development of the village shall act as Secretary of the Plan Commission and shall have custody of all records of the Plan Commission.

(b)

From time to time the Plan Commission shall elect such other officers as it deems necessary and adopt or amend the by-laws governing its procedure as it deems proper and necessary. Adoption and amendment of by-laws shall be by majority votes, provided ten days prior written notice of proposed changes shall be given to all members.

(c)

The Plan Commission shall be scheduled to meet on the first Tuesday of every month.
