§ 2-854. Composition; term.

The Electrical Commission shall consist of five voting members and, as an ex officio member, the Electrical Inspector. One of the five voting members shall be a registered professional engineer; one, an electrical contractor; one, a journeyman electrician; one, a representative of an inspection bureau maintained by the fire underwriters if such a representative resides in the village, and if no such representative resides in the village, then the Fire Chief; and one, a representative of an electricity supply company. These members shall be appointed for four years by the President of the village by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The chair of the Electrical Commission shall be designated by the President of the Board of Trustees.
