§ 2-856. Permits.

Upon the adoption by ordinance of standards and specifications, rules, regulations and fees, as provided for in the preceding section, they shall become operative at once, and thereafter no electrical equipment shall be installed or altered except upon a permit first issued by the Community Development Department.
